I'm consuming way too much of both, usually in soda form. I'm also not drinking nearly enough water.
I KNOW it isn't good for me, but I still go for a soda first, before drinking anything else. Strong coffee with sugar in the morning, then soda the rest of the day. Although it settles me at first, I don't like the way it makes me feel over all.
Anyone have any ideas? Going cold turkey just horrifies me, I know just quitting the caffeine will cause migranes, and I'm so not looking forward to that... but I really need to make a change.
