Intro

Really happy to find this community since wellness is a lifetime goal for me.  Looking forward to read positive posts from people wishing to move forward and live up to their full potential.

Presently what I'm doing for myself:

1. Quitting smoking (day 1)
2. Doing yoga daily
3. Feed myself properly (that means enough)
4. Drink 3 ltr of water per day
5. Daily meditation

When I get those down path I'll make a new list.  For now that's all I ask.  Back to basics for the mind, body and soul.
